Nomad Films, TBWA India and Leo Burnett India strike metal at Clios 2012

Nomad wins Silver for Volkswagen film; TBWA, Burnett pick up a Bronze each

Nomad Films has bagged a Silver in the category of Film (Direction) at the Clio Awards 2012, for its Volkswagen Jetta 'Flyboy' entry. The creative agency behind the film was DDB Mudra.

Two other entries from India won a Bronze each. These were TBWA India’s entry 'Immigration Stamps' for Yatra.com in the category Design (Calendar), and Leo Burnett India’s 'Socks' entry for Bajaj Exhaust Fans in Print (Photography).

The awards were presented in New York on the night of 15 May. The big winners of the night were BBDO New York (Agency of the year),  Ogilvy & Mather (Network of the year);  Volkswagen (Advertiser of the year); and Smuggler (Production company of the year).

Ogilvy & Mather India's Piyush Pandey was felicitated with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
