Mindshare adds leadership team for performance marketing
Aims to deliver integrated funnel products across its client portfolio

Mindshare India has announced the appointment of Sam Thomas, Rehan Ali, Atishay Agrawal and Pratishtha Dehariya.
With these appointments, Mindshare wants to strengthen its performance marketing capability to deliver integrated funnel products across its client portfolio.
Sam Thomas has joined as head of performance and product; Rehan Ali is appointed as partner – performance (North and East); Atishay Agrawal joins as senior director – of performance (South); and Pratishtha Dehariya has been onboarded as partner – performance (West).

Thomas will look after the performance business, productising services and building enhanced capabilities for clients. He will report to Gopa Menon, digital head - Mindshare South Asia. Thomas moves from OMD Worldwide, where he was senior vice president-national digital head. He has over 20 years of experience and has also worked with Accenture and Everyday health, among others.

Ali will be based in Gurugram and bring in more efficiencies for the existing set of clients, by growing the performance marketing portfolio as well as support teams to bring new clients on board in the northern and eastern markets.
Agrawal will be based in Bengaluru and will help grow the existing business and performance portfolio for the agency in the South. He moves from Merkle Sokrati, where he was senior manager-business strategy. With over seven years of experience, Agrawal has also worked with KPMG and Talview, among others.
Dehariya will be based in Mumbai and will lead the performance business for Mindshare West. She moves from iProspect, where she was senior director-digital strategy and planning.
In a career spanning over 13 years, she has also worked with YouTube, PHD and MightyHive, among others.
