The telecom brand has signed on Windchimes as its social media agency.

Windchimes has been handed the social media mandate for Loop Mobile and will handle the brand’s presence across social media platforms. The Mumbai-headquartered agency says they will play the role of being a spokesperson for the brand online, creating buzz for new launches and building engagement for the brand with its audiences.

Windchimes says it will be looking at creating a stronger community connect. Another key mandate to handled by the agency will include identifying and resolving complaints and queries.

Arif Ali, Head of Brand & Communications, Loop Mobile said, “With the rapid adoption of social media, it is clear that we need to stay connected with our subscribers, using all possible means of media including social media. We wanted to partner with an organization which has the understanding and user-insights to the changing social environment.  Windchimes fitted this criteria and therefore has been appointed as our partner for our social network initiatives.”

By effectively using social media, we hope to create greater awareness and equity for the brand, thereby leading to meeting of business objectives.”
