Grey group India has announced the elevation of Ketan Desai, currently president for North and West India to group chief operating officer. 
 
Desai has been with Grey for over 20 years and has worked across offices in Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Dhaka and Colombo. 
 
Nirvik Singh, global COO, chairman and CEO, Grey Group AMEA, said, "I strongly believe that data-driven digital solutions powered by creativity, in a unified structure -is the way forward.
