Ideabrew appoints Supriya Santhakumar and Ishani Dasgupta

Ideabrew Studios, the podcast company, has announced the appointment of Supriya Santhakumar as associate vice president - sales and Ishani Dasgupta as associate vice president - growth and strategy.
 
Santhakumar will be responsible for the monetisation of podcasts through integrated advertising and branding solutions for the company. She will also work on revenue generation for the firm, as a creative solution provider, to help advertisers find value in podcasts and will build strategic partnerships with sponsors and brands.
 
Dasgupta will lead the domain and strategy for the company by developing content IPs for partners, brands, and creators. 
 
Santhakumar moves from FM Tadka, where she was head - West. On the other hand, Dasgupta joins from JioSaavn, where she was associate director-original content.

With over 25 years of experience, Santhakumar has also worked with The Times of India, Mid Day (Go 92.5 FM), and HT Mint, among others. Dasgupta comes with over 11 years of experience and has worked with companies like ITC and Viacom18 Media, among others.
