Hitesh Shetty joins Shemaroo Entertainment
Shemaroo Entertainment has announced the appointment of Hitesh Shetty as head of revenue for broadcast.
 
He will be responsible for creating plans to increase revenue from current and upcoming linear satellite and connected TV channels.
 
Shetty moves from Disney Star, where he was director and national sales head. 
 
He will report to Sandeep Gupta, chief operating officer, broadcasting business, Shemaroo Entertainment. 
 
Arghya Chakravarty, chief operating officer, Shemaroo Entertainment, said, "We are glad to have Hitesh join us as the new revenue head for broadcast. Hitesh's expertise and proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful teams will be a valuable asset in propelling Shemaroo’s growth. I wish him all the very best in taking the Broadcast business to unprecedented levels of success."

In a career spanning over 22 years, he has also worked with The Indian Express, 9X Media and Times Network, among others.
