CIDCA 2016: ibs is Agency of the Year

HUL, Bajaj Electricals share Client of the Year title

ibs bagged the Agency of the Year title at the 2016 edition of the Campaign India Digital Crest Awards 2016 (CIDCA) hosted in Mumbai on 15 June. The agency bagged a total of 15 metals, including a Grand Prix.
 
The Grand Prix win came for Bajaj Electricals' 'Super Fans - Using Social to manage customer relationships' entry in the Use of data - for CRM category. The entry also bagged Gold in the same category. 
 
Two other Gold wins for the agency were for work on the same client in the Loyalty and Online Commerce Campaign for Customer Acquisition categories. The agency also bagged a Gold for 'The world's first native securities trading platform on mobile' for Religare in the Mobile - SMS category. Other metals won by the agency included six Silver and four Bronze. 
 
Title holder HUL and Bajaj Electricals shared the Client of the Year accolade at this year's awards.
 
Performics' '#WelcomeBackMaggi' was also a Grand Prix winner on the night in the Integrated category. The entry also won Gold. The agency scooped another Gold for 'Bachat Ki Khunn Khunn - My Airtel APP' in the Use of Data – For CRM category. Other wins included two Silver and three Bronze.
 
SapientNitro also bagged a Grand Prix for its 'Fuelled by Love' entry for British Airways in the Online Video - Long form (Over 180 seconds) category, besides a Gold. The agency also bagged a Silver.
 
Omron bagged a Grand Prix and Gold for its '#PaywithyourVoice' entry in the 'Social cause - Social cause supported by a corporate/brand' category.
 
Interactive Avenues bagged three Gold, five Silver and three Bronze awards. Two shared Gold win were for Mahindra Tractors'  'Build Your Own Tractor' and 'Smart Sales Delivery' in the Apps - Mobile and Long-term Strategy categories. Another Gold was for Mahindra Thar in the Online Video - Short form (180 seconds or less) category. 
 
OMD India bagged three Gold and one Bronze awards. The two Gold wins were for 'Stayfree Stay Ahead Helpline' in the Mobile - Voice-Based and Social cause - Social cause supported by a corporate/brand categories. The other was for 'Kinder joy Story Station' in the Mobile - Integrated category.
 
Scarecrow Communications bagged three Golds too. Two of them were for '11 Minutes', one in the Online Video - Long form (Over 180 seconds) category, while the other was in Social cause - Campaign for an NGO. The third Gold was for Spykar's 'Blue Film Festiva' in the Viral Marketing category.
 
Mindshare bagged a total of nine metals, two of which were Gold. The Gold wins were for '6 Pack Band' for Brooke Bond Red Label in the Viral Marketing category and Lakme presents 'Bang Bajaa Baaraat' in Online Video - Long form (Over 180 seconds).
 
Foxymoron bagged two Gold and one Bronze awards. The Gold wins were for 'Share the Load' and P&G 'Shiksha' in the Use of social media in a Campaign and Social Cause - Supported by a Corporate/Brand' categories respectively.
 
PHD India bagged a Gold, two Silver and three Bronze awards. The Gold win was for 'Rin Career Ready Academy' in the Mobile - Voice Based category.
 
Dentsu Webchutney won a Gold for 'Cafe TC Liquor Ticker - The World's First Ad Ticker on WhatsApp' in the Media Innovation category. The agency also won two Silver metals.
 
iContract bagged a Gold and two Silver metals. Truly Madly's 'UnSingle Campaign' won the Gold in the Digital Strategy category. 
 
DigtasLBi bagged a Gold and three Bronze. The Gold win was for 'Nivea Men Body Deodorizer - #BanBodyOdour' in the Online Video - Short form (180 seconds or less) category.
 
Creativeland Asia also won Gold on the night for the entry 'A walkthrough to free flights' for JetPrivilege in Loyalty.   
 
Dainik Bhaskar was another Gold winning entrant. The agency's 'Dainik Bhaskar Zidd Karo Duniya Badlo Campaign' won the accolade in the Integrated category. 
 
Havas Media bagged a Gold for 'Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace - A Regal Tribute to The World's Best Hotel' entry in the Display category.
 
Little Lamb Films won Gold for Titan Raga's 'Break the Bias' in the Online Video - Short form (180 seconds or less) category.
 
ICICI Bank won Gold in for '#GiftALivelihood; in the Social Cause - Social Cause Supported by a Corporate/Brand category.
