Pepperfry has launched a Diwali campaign with its newly appointed brand ambassadors, actors Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan. Conceptualised by UpwardFall, the campaign aims to showcase how furniture can bring about a great change and beauty in one’s life.

Kapoor and Khan, play a couple that is on the verge of taking their relationship to the next level. However, while Khan proposes to her, she blatantly rejects his proposal, since their apartment is not suited for a family. Hearing this, Khan resorts to Pepperfry, to design the house with a variety of furniture and surprises Kapoor when she enters the house.

Kashyap Vadapalli, chief marketing officer and business head, Pepperfry, said, “We are delighted to have Kareena and Saif on the Pepperfry team. They hold great appeal and affinity among our audience. While Kareena is stylish and glamorous, Saif brings regality and old-world charm. They are a perfect personification of the brand’s attributes. As we kick start this association with our most significant campaign of the year, I am confident that our new brand ambassadors will further strengthen the brand’s position amongst consumers. We are looking forward to conveying our messages in a much more impactful manner.”

“Through our Diwali campaign, we highlight that the right furniture can help build your dream homes, and we are the best enablers for it,” he added.

Rahul Nangia, director, UpwardFall Films, said, “Pepperfry has amazing designs that make any space warm and home-like. For this campaign, we wanted a humorous twist on the fuzzy, emotional films you see during Diwali. What better way than have Saif and Kareena do that for us!”

The campaign is being rolled out on digital, OTT, social media and OOH.
