TaxSpanner appoints Arc Worldwide to handle digital duties

TaxSpanner, an online tax filing company has appointed Arc Worldwide to handle its digital creative duties. Arc Worldwide won the account following a multi-agency pitch.

Commenting on the choice, Ankur Sharma,  chief executive officer and co-founder of TaxSpanner said, “Arc’s integrated approach with digital and social media as drivers found resonance with our own thinking. The understanding of the medium and passion that Arc brought to the table helped us choose Arc as our digital partner.”

Arc will be developing the communication strategy for Tax spanner, User Interface assessment and a digital plan with focus on social media.

Commenting on the win, CVS Sharma (a.k.a. Venke), head of Arc Worldwide, India, said “The critical challenge is to achieve a paradigm shift in consumer behavior - who otherwise choose the easy way of finding an agent or CA to file their tax returns. So we have to help consumers find the benefits of filing returns easily online with tax spanner.”
