Calling all creative shops and independents

Thenetworkone, for those unaware, brings together independent advertising agencies and creative shops from across the world so that they, too, could compete with the larger holding companies and networked agencies.

Campaign India’s Bindu Nair Maitra caught up with Julian Boulding, founder, after he chaired a session at Cannes and asked him what he looked for in an agency that ought to be a part of his network.

Listen to the interview here.

“We are looking for people who are really good at what they do. It’s often helpful to find somebody that can think across many boundaries. We certainly want agencies that are digital literate. But really, we want people who are energetic, entrepreneurial, who think creatively and innovately and are passionate about the business.
