ICICI Lombard General Insurance has launched a multimedia campaign on the theme ‘Nibhaye Vaade’(Promises fulfilled), to emphasise its efficient and speedy claims processing.

The ad film features a man and a young girl, who dreams of becoming a badminton player. He wakes up at 5 am and gets her up for training. He is shown supporting her through her highs and lows, sharing her dreams of making it big. On her big match day, he is in the stands egging her on, praying for her success. She wins. Back at home, he stands before a picture of the girl with her parents. It is then revealed that the girl is his brother’s  daughter, and that he was fulfilling a promise made to his brother and sister-in-law. The film signs off with the message‘Jo vaade nibhaye jaate hain, who hamesha yaad rehte hain’ (Promises that are kept, are remembered forever), and that the brand honoured over 48 lakh claims in FY 2012-‘13.

Sanjeev S, head – marketing, direct and Bancassurance, ICICI Lombard General Insurance, said, “Our role as an insurer transcends the entire cycle of advising customers on availing the most relevant policy to the most important part of servicing a claim.
