Sanjay Thapar appointed as Director on O&M board

Sanjay Thapar has been appointed as a director on the O&M board. Thapar (pictured) currently heads 360 North and Kolkata and his additional duties will see him partner Ogilvy Action. Piyush Pandey, chairman and national creative director, O&M said, "Thapar's new role is a recognition of the tremendous contribution that he has made to our North India operations. As a director on the board, he will be responsible for the policy making of the company relating to people, business and the future. He will be looking after the activation side of the business as well and will be pursuing new business streams."
