Kapil Tammal joins Scarecrow Communications

Kapil Tammal has joined Scarecrow Communications as creative director. He was previously with McCann Erickson, and has worked with Umbrella Design, Triton Communications and Concept Communications in his career.

Manish Bhatt, co-founder of Scarecrow, said, "I worked with Kapil very closely during my stint at McCann. Kapil is the kind of talent Scarecrow is always looking for - a down to earth human being, fast learner, extremely responsible and reliable, understands the business we are in without losing the creative edge, an acute sense of design, and a sharp ideator who is equipped to take executional challenges. These are a few of Kapil's qualities."

Tammal said, "These guys (Raghu Bhat and Manish Bhatt) hired me in McCann and when they left, I thought I shouldn't follow them just then, and instead try something on my own. When they launched Scarecrow, again I thought of joining, but I wanted them to settle down first. Now, when I decided to take a break my McCann, though I had my best professional time there, I believed Scarecrow is the next best thing."
