McCann Worldgroup India elevates Abhinav Tripathi, Amitesh Rao, Sambit Mohanty and Souvik Dutta

Also announced appointment of Ankit Vohra

McCann Worldgroup India has announced elevations across its team.
 
Amitesh Rao, previously executive vice president and head, McCann Delhi, has been elevated as executive director of McCann Advertising for North and West.
 
Abhinav Tripathi, who was heading creative in Mumbai, has also been given the responsibility of heading digital, nationally. 
 
Sambit Mohanty, who is creative head for South India will now also lead the creative team for McCann in Delhi along with Souvik Datta. Datta was executive creative director.
 
The agency has also announced the appointment of Ankit Vohra to head the planning function in New Delhi. Vohra joined the agency in September after an independent stint. He has previously worked with McCann as associate vice president - planning (2016-2018).
 
Prasoon Joshi, chairperson, McCann Asia Pacific, and CEO and CCO, McCann Worldgroup India, said, "The new structure of MWG India will leverage and enable the company's best people to provide focused and dynamic partnership to clients.
