Watch the ad film conceptualised by the brand's in-house team

iBall has rolled out a TVC for the Slide, its range of tablet PCs.

The film themed ‘Unleash the spirit’ is part of the ‘iBall supports Terrific Performance’ campaign and has been conceptualised by the in-house team.

The integrated campaign will focus on ‘real life achievers’ and this is the first of many films, informed an iBall statement.

The film features Shubhreet Kaur, an amputee with one leg and a passion for dance. As the films begins we are introduced to Kaur, who talks about how she never blamed God for what happened and she says ‘Jo bhagwan karta hai, ache ke liye karta hai’ (Whatever God does, is for good). She reveals that she never thought of giving up dancing despite her handicap. At a dance studio, as Kaur dances, a young man captures her moves on an iBall Slide. She relentless works out to strengthen her leg as she talks about taking her passion for her dance further. She views her moves through the Slide. She continues to practice, reviewing her dancing all through various iBall accessories and works tirelessly towards perfecting her art. When she is on TV, on the reality show India’s Got Talent, the world cheers her on. Kaur’s voice over tells us that she is happy in her life as the film cuts to a super that informs us that she was the first runner up. The film ends with the message, “iBall Slide. Enjoy the ride” with brand ambassador Kareena Kapoor making a cameo.

Sandeep Parasrampuria, founder director, iBall, said, “Technology today is part-and-parcel of every achiever’s journey – it depends on how one uses it. With this inspirational story of a terrific performer, iBall embarks on journey to recognise real life heroes. We stand for the pursuit of excellence.”
