Visa India has launched a new commercial, that aims at getting cardholders to use their Visa Debit cards at point-of-sale locations. The new TVC has been created by TBWA India.
Uttam Nayak (pictured) has been appointed country manager for South Asia for Visa. He succeeds Santanu Mukherjee, who was recently appointed Visa’s regional head of Innovation and Technology and is now based in Singapore. In his new role, Nayak will be responsible for building Visa’s brand and business in the South Asia region which includes India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal, with a focus toward building client relationships, growing business volumes and sales of Visa branded products and services. He was previously the country manager of India.
