Bloomberg UTV has announced the departure of its editor-in-chief Govindraj Ethiraj, who will be joining the special Government project UIDAI.

UTVi goes on air
UTVi, the business channel from UTV, went live on April 27. No official announcement of the launch has been made as the distribution roll out is currently in progress. Industry watchers will be closely watching the markets band as the channel's editorial is headed by veteran business journalist Govindaraj Ethiraj, who headed the editorial function of CNBC TV18 when it launched in India.
