Britannia Industries features a sweet appraisal
Britannia Industries has launched a campaign to showcase the sentiments that go through employees during the appraisal season.Taking the humour route, the film titled ‘aapke boss ne aapke liye kya kia’ (what has your boss done for you), highlights how Britannia’s biscuits, in the end, show the employee a good day.

The film begins with the showcase of a gangster boss and his employee. The employee is seen narrating the story of how he went one night to the same godown where the team executes all their activities. However, the employee recalls how his boss didn’t take him along with him for the first time. He shares how he was uncertain who his boss would ‘target’ this time.

While all these thoughts go on in the employee’s mind, he gets scared and run inside to see what the boss is up to. He then finds polaroids of all the employees, with nicknames written below their pictures. As he opens the suitcase, he finds a variety of biscuits from Britannia, with a thank you note from his boss.

The film has been conceptualised by Schbang.
