Maxus bags media mandate of Greenpeace India operations

Maxus has won the media duties of Greenpeace, India. The Delhi office will handle the operations.
The partnership has been initiated with the 10-10-10 (Ten-Ten-Ten) project, where October 10, 2010 was earmarked as a day for action dedicated to the green cause where individuals and organisations were requested to do their bit for the conservation of the environment.

On the selection of Maxus, Vivek Sharma, programme support director, Greenpeace India, said, “This is the first time we are connecting with a wider audience to identify with us and join us in our movement to save the climate. With Maxus on board, we hope to achieve our ambition to get large numbers of people to sign up with Greenpeace in the most efficient and scientific way."

Parul Tyagi, consultant, marketing and communications team, Greenpeace India, said, "The professionalism and competency that Maxus is known for, will ensure that our campaign will be received by the right audience in the most effective manner, with utmost sincerity and absolute precision."

Mausumi Kar, general manager, Maxus Delhi, said, “It is a privilege to work as partners with Greenpeace. Making India environment conscious is fulfilling for the team that will deliver the cause promise. For Maxus it is more than a business."
