Lintas Media Group's top restructuring

Lintas Media Group has made major senior level management changes. NP Sathyamurthy has been elevated to the role of president and COO, and will be in charge of the agency's western region operations and its digital collaborative. Sudha Natarajan is taking over as president and COO, in charge of the agency's northern operations, this is in addition to its southern operations and will consequently re-locate to Delhi. Amit Ray will join the group as president with specific charge of the ITC collective and the Kolkata collective.

Lintas Media Group has made major senior level management changes. NP Sathyamurthy has been elevated to the role of president and COO, and will be in charge of the agency's western region operations and its digital collaborative. Sudha Natarajan is taking over as president and COO, in charge of the agency's northern operations, this is in addition to its southern operations and will consequently re-locate to Delhi. Lynn de Souza, chairperson and CEO, Lintas Media Group, commented, "Sathya and Sudha have been instrumental and played a significant role in the success of Lintas Media Group over the last few years. Both are experienced and seasoned team players. The Group has immensely benefited from their experience and was able to win new business worth over Rs 483 crores in 2008 with significant contributions from them. Their brand management knowledge and experience are going to be crucial in the future growth of LMG."

On the appointment of Amit Ray as president, Lynn said, "Amit is a media veteran and one of the best strategic minds in the business. We are delighted to have Amit on the board. He will be in charge of the ITC collective and the Kolkata collective. We are sure that with his experience and knowledge, the ITC collective will grow even further."

Premjeet Sodhi, Chief Planning Officer, will now focus fully on planning, leading the planning sciences collaborative. He will be based in Delhi, and will partner Natarajan for all the new business initiatives, and existing client relationships in Delhi.

Ray was previously with BAG Films. He will be based in Kolkata and will come on board in February.
