Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance honours the unwavering dedication of financial advisors

Watch the films conceptualised by Grey Worldwide India here

Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance has rolled out a campaign #AdvisorsForLife to celebrate the life advisors and bank relationship managers who aim to meet customers' financial needs.

Conceptualised by Grey Worldwide India, the films aim to showcase how financial advisors and relationship managers of Kotak help their clients to secure their families' dreams and fulfil their business goals.

The first film showcases owners of a brand-new shoe shop on their very first day of business. One of the owners proposes the idea of cutting the ribbon to officially kick off the store's grand opening. However, his partner reveals a significant reason for holding off on the opening ceremony. He explains that an esteemed guest, his trusted financial advisor, is expected to arrive, highlighting the pivotal role this advisor has played in his journey to success. The film ends with the financial advisor taking center stage to ceremoniously cut the ribbon symbolising the official inauguration of the store.

The second film depicts a client's visit to a bank to meet her relationship manager. As the client prepares to take a seat, an office boy approaches the bank relationship manager (BRM) to inquire if she would like a cup of tea. Politely declining the offer, the BRM requests for a black coffee instead, recalling the client's preferred beverage. This small gesture prompts the client to express her gratitude, acknowledging the BRM's instrumental role in guiding her towards launching her startup business by providing valuable advice on life insurance. The film concludes with the BRM receiving a token of appreciation from her clients startup cloud kitchen as a gesture of gratitude.

Subhasis Ghosh, joint president and head - institutional business, marketing and alliances, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, said, “Life advisors and relationship managers are usually the first point of contact that life insurance companies have with consumers. Often, the significant role played by them in converting prospects to customers, securing customers' futures and serving them throughout their policies, goes unnoticed. With this campaign, Kotak Life intends to shed light on these individuals' invaluable contributions and pay tribute to all the frontline team members of the entire life insurance category who are the real heroes of our industry.”
