Oindrila Roy moves on from Essence
Oindrila Roy has quit her role as head of strategy, Essence India. 
 
She joined the company in January 2019. 
 
Roy took to Twitter to share the news. Her last working day is 3 June 2022. 
 
Her Twitter post read, "Today is my last day at Essence. From tomorrow, not only will I miss the essentials who I have had the good fortune to work with and learn from, I will miss the person I am in their company. Part of me will perhaps never be the same again! Some tears are selfish." 
 
Although there is no news about her next stint, when reached out by Campaign India, Roy shared that she was taking a short break. 
 
In a career spanning over 21 years, she has also worked at Lowe Lintas, JWT, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Leo Burnett, among others.
