Infectious wins creative mandate for MJ Shah Group
MJ Shah Group has appointed Infectious as its creative agency.

Infectious will be managing the communication for the entire brand for the realtor group post a multi-agency pitch that it won.

Aniket Pohekar, marketing head, MJ Shah Group, said, “MJ Shah Group is a six-decade old business group which has been in the pharmaceutical and financial businesses. We have ventured in the real estate business only a year ago and have the ambition to be one of the top real estate developers in the city. Last year we focused on getting our back end in place and are now ready to go to market. We were looking for a partner who was sound strategically as well as creatively. With Infectious, we feel we have a partner who can help us fulfil our vision.

Nisha Singhania, co-founder and director, Infectious, said, “We are pleased to be appointed as the agency on record by MJ Shah Group. We look forward to doing some interesting work together and partnering them in their journey.”

Ramanuj Shastry, co-founder and director, Infectious, added, “It’s a singular honour to be chosen as the communications partner of MJ Shah Realtors. We at Infectious begin every inquiry with the question ‘What do people care about?’ and it’s perhaps no coincidence to be chosen as a partner by a company whose core philosophy is ‘putting people first’.”
