ESPN and STAR Cricket launched in HD

ESPN STAR Sports has announced the launch of ESPN HD and STAR Cricket HD.

ESPN HD and STAR Cricket HD will showcase sports action in High Definition from international sporting events that include cricket, soccer, tennis, golf and motor sports among others. India’s cricket tour of England starting July 21, will be the first premier event to be showcased Live on STAR Cricket HD. ESPN HD will showcase F1 action from the Hungarian Grand Prix, GP2 Series and other events such as the US Senior Open Golf and Major League Baseball in the month of July to be followed next month with the start of the 2011-2012 season of the Barclays Premier League.

ESPN HD and STAR Cricket HD are available on Videocon d2h and STAR Cricket HD is available on TATA Sky.
