Agency began ops on 4 January 2016; ropes in Ravi Raghavendra from J. Walter Thompson

Ex-FCB Ulka CCO Satbir Singh launches own venture Thinkstr
Satbir Singh, who exited FCB Ulka as CCO in end-December 2015 after a stint of almost a year, has announced the launch of his own venture, Thinkstr. 
 
The independent began operations on 4 January 2016 in Gurgaon and currently has five people on board, including J. Walter Thompson's former ECD Ravi Raghavendra. Raghavendra, who has joined Thinksr at the same position, had worked with Singh at Havas Worldwide.
 
Singh added that the agency would make more senior level appointments, taking the team strength to 10 by the end of January 2016.
