CIDCA 2015: Maxus is Agency of the Year; HUL retains Client of the Year title
Maxus bagged the Agency of the Year title at the Campaign India Digital Crest Awards 2015 (CIDCA) hosted on 15 June in Mumbai. 
 
The agency bagged three Gold, ten Silver and six Bronze metals to win the title. The Gold wins came for Tata Sky, two of which were for the entry 'Game of Torrents' (across the Search and Online Marketing categories), while the other was the 'The Power of Real Time Marketing' in the Online Marketing category.
 
Hindustan Unilever was adjudged the Client of the Year.
 
PHD and Performics were the two agencies to bag a Grand Prix on the night. PHD also bagged three Gold, a Silver and a Bronze trophies. The Grand Prix win was for its entry 'Consumer 360' for Hindustan Unilever in the Long Term Strategy category. The entry also bagged a Gold in the same category, and another Gold in the Media Innovation category. The agency's entry 'Vim Epic Moment' also bagged Gold in the Use of Social Media in a Campaign category. 
 
Performics' Grand Prix was for its entry 'Let's get started on digital first' for Nescafe in the Online Video category. The agency also bagged a Gold for the same entry in the same category. The agency also bagged a Silver and two Bronze awards.
 
Mediacom bagged a total of eight metals, one of which was Gold for its entry 'Shaadi ke side effects' for Volkswagen Polo in the Online Video category. The agency also bagged two Silver and five Bronze trophies.
 
Blink Digital bagged a total of four metals - a Gold, two Silver and a Bronze. The Gold win was for Star Sports' Pro Kabaddi League in the Integrated category. 
 
Jack in the Box bagged three metals, a Gold and two Silver. The Gold win came for 'Unfollow' for FabAlley in the Online Video category. iContract, too, bagged three metals, a Gold and two Silver. The Gold win was for 'Slice Swayaamvar Digital Experience' in the Online Video category.
 
Foxymoron also bagged three metals, a Gold, a Silver and a Bronze. The Gold win was for its 'Colossal Cab' entry for Maybelline in the Experiential category. 
 
Creativeland Asia, Everymedia Technologies, Mindshare and SapientNitro were the other agencies to bag a Gold. 
 
Creativeland Asia's win was for Cinthol 'Alive is Awesome' in the Digital Craft - Best Writing category; SapientNitro's win was in the same category for DBS Chili Paneer 2. Everymedia Technologies won for Mary Kom Movie Promotions in the Online Marketing category. Mindshare India won for How Crocin Became a Celebrity Overnight in the Integrated category.
 
ManoramaOnline was the sponsor of the Media Innovation category.
