Scarecrow adds to art capability with Kanika Sethi
Scarecrow Communications has announced that Kanika Sethi is joining its Mumbai office as creative director (art), effective 10 June 2016.

Her last assignment was at W+K Delhi, which she joined in 2015.

On her new assignment, Sethi said, “I believe Scarecrow will be an incredible opportunity and a challenge. It's my urge to break free from the convention and creative limitations that has led me this way. And I would also call myself fortunate for getting the chance to work with some of the best minds in the industry like Manish (Bhatt), Raghu (Bhat) and Joy (Arunava Sengupta).”

Manish Bhatt, founder director, Scarecrow, said, “I interviewed her on Skype. But, from her book, I can sense that she has very sharp acumen and unique graphic design capabilities. At Scarecrow, we always explore to nurture talents with diverse capabilities. And I am sure her experience with Ogilvy and W+K will bring freshness to the work we do here. I hope Scarecrow would also be a suitable learning ground for her next aspirations and fruitful playground for her capabilities.”

Sethi started her career at Ogilvy & Mather Delhi in 2005. She moved to Rediffusion Y&R Delhi in 2007 before joining Ogilvy for a second stint in 2009.
