Prakash Javadekar is back as I&B minister
Prakash Javadekar has been appointed as information and broadcasting minister in the government that was sworn in on 30 May. He was minister of human resource development prior.
 
Javadekar was previously heading the I&B ministry in 2014, during which he had made an appearance at Goafest during which he had mentioned an ambition to make Doordarshan a success story.
