MMGB 2: Working parents in advertising, are you listening?
Now, here's a universal problem of working parents and their struggle to balance work and life with kids. Perhaps a tougher problem for those in human capital-focused industries like advertising. But just as true in India, as it is in the UK.

NABS, the UK charity that works for the well-being of people in advertising and media, has a dedicated 'Working Parents Initiative'.

Promoting the same is this film by mcgarrybowen, urging working parents to listen to the 'Little Voices' missing their love.

For more on the initiative, read the story here. Perhaps its time for The Advertising Club, AAAI or the IAA India chapter to focus on the subject, too.
