India Today group launches Aaj Tak 2
The India Today group has announced the launch of Aaj Tak 2, a digital channel through which it aims to 'unshackle from the boundaries of a linear medium'. The digital offering has been launched for a younger target audience.

Anjana Om Kashyap, senior executive editor, Aaj Tak, will lead Aaj Tak 2.

In an internal note shared with the India Today team, Kalli Purie, vice chairperson, India Today Group, said, "We have always been the choice of Indians and the non-linear opportunities of digital gives us the chance to create a parallel channel of news appropriate for a younger audience. For now, AT2 will be available on aajtak.in and Aaj Tak's digital platforms. AT2 is a pet project of mine and I am thrilled that Anjana will take it forward in sabze te mode."
