Bang Bang Films appoints Axel Lerner as producer

Axel Lerner has joined Bang Bang Films as a producer. In his new role, Lerner will report to executive producer, Bang Bang Films, Kirk Dias. Prior to this, Lerner was with Talking Pictures, Bahrain, where he was both producer and cameraman, executing various projects for various brands.He has also worked with United Visions, a German production company and also with the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival.

Axel Lerner has joined Bang Bang Films as a producer. In his new role, Lerner will report to executive producer, Bang Bang Films, Kirk Dias. Prior to this, Lerner was with Talking Pictures, Bahrain, where he was both producer and cameraman, executing various projects for various brands.

He has also worked with United Visions, a German production company and also with the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival.

On the appointment, Roopak Saluja, MD/ executive producer, Bang Bang Films said, "Given our positioning as "India's international production company", we are making a conscious effort to hire internationallly at a senior level.  The team already has a Singaporean producer and Axel now joins us with a familiarity of European markets, as well as solid Middle East experience."
 
Lerner holds a master's degree in media and cultural studies from the University of Hildesheim, has produced and acted in several theatrical productions in his native Germany and has also directed industrial and corporate films.
