Lowe Lintas appoints Nagananda Kumar

Lowe Lintas has appointed Nagananda Kumar (pictured) as corporate coach and HR director. Kumar's new responsibilities include leadership coaching, streamlining and automating HR operations, developing and implementing professional development programs. He will report to Charles Cadell, CEO and R. Balki, chairman and chief creative officer and will be based out of Mumbai.

Lowe Lintas has appointed Nagananda Kumar (pictured) as corporate coach and HR director. Kumar's new responsibilities include leadership coaching, streamlining and automating HR operations, developing and implementing professional development programs. He will report to Charles Cadell, CEO and R. Balki, chairman and chief creative officer and will be based out of Mumbai.
 
Commenting on his mandate, Kumar said, "My key responsibility is to produce a world class HR organisation, to make sure people are taken of and are enthusiastic and happy about being at Lowe. I have to help grow the business by hiring good talent and systems."

In the past, he has worked with companies such as Mudra Communications, Exxon Basic Chemicals, Hughes Space and Communications (now Boeing), GM-OnStar, GMAC-RFC, Oracle Corporation and Robert Mondavi.

Kumar is Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has taught courses on organizational culture, creativity and change in institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and Pepperdine University, Los Angeles, California.
