O&M bags VGN Developers' creative duties

Ogilvy & Mather, Chennai has bagged the creative duties of leading real estate major

VGN Developers. The development was confirmed to Campaign India by Vijaya Sriram, senior vice-president, Ogilvy & Mather, Chennai.

The win was not preceded by a multi-agency pitch process. “VGN is a name to reckon with in the real estate industry in Chennai. The brand needed a partner to match its exponential growth in the last few years and Ogilvy fits this profile,’’ said Sriram.

Established in the year 1942, VGN is one of the leading real estate developers in Chennai. “As far as the market is concerned, the Chennai real estate market is a mature, highly competitive and a very value- price driven market. If the market needs dictate that we spend to stay ahead of competition, then that is what will be done. We need to be constantly on the consumer's radar and we will do what it takes to stay there,’’ said VGN spokesperson.
