Rapid fire with Sony's Neville Bastawalla

Our year-ender this time around places the fraternity on the 'hot seat' to answer questions about the year gone by and expectations from 2024

Rapid fire with Sony's Neville Bastawalla

Campaign India's year-ender series kicks off with Neville Bastawalla, head - marketing and on-air promotions at Sony Sports Network, Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI).

This year, we're reaching out to the advertising, media and marketing communities, and asking them to give quick, crisp answers to a set of questions intended to highlight the highs and lows of the the year gone by, and their take on technology advancements.

Here's what Bastawalla had to say:

Data or gut: Gut.

AI a boon or bane: Boon for the future.

A gift you want from Santa: All sporting events with the Sony Sports Network.

One piece of professional advice you would give to your past self at the beginning of 2023: Invest more time deep diving into the digital world.

The most valuable lesson you learned from a professional failure this year: Work harder on storytelling in a 20-seconder. The youth today have a very small attention span.

If your New Year resolution had a tagline for 2024, what would it be? Kuch naya, kuch bada, kuch hatke 2024 mein. (Something new, something big and something different in 2024)
