Winners of The Ad Club's Effie 2013 competition were announced in Mumbai on 17 January 2014. Lowe Lintas and Partners won 'Agency of the year' title while HUL was declared 'Client of the year'. Ogilvy & Mather emerged the agency with second highest points tally, even as the agency bagged the 'Grand Effie' for its Lifebuoy Roti campaign. McCann finished third on the points tally.
