Rediffusion Y&R names new business head

Rediffusion Y&R has brought in Murali Muktapuram (pictured) as business head from O&M where he was the vice president.Muktapuram will be responsible for the third business vertical, which includes brands like Bacardi, Amway, GPI Tea city and ITC Skin Care portfolio. Along with these he will also be driving the new business initiatives in Delhi for the agency.

Rediffusion Y&R has brought in Murali Muktapuram (pictured) as business head from O&M where he was the vice president.

Muktapuram will be responsible for the third business vertical, which includes brands like Bacardi, Amway, GPI Tea city and ITC Skin Care portfolio. Along with these he will also be driving the new business initiatives in Delhi for the agency.

Based in Delhi, Muktapuram will report to Sandeep Madan, executive VP, Rediffusion Y&R, Delhi. Said Madan, “Murali’s extensive advertising background and vision for the potential in the advertising space complements the efforts that Rediffusion Y&R is making in defining a leadership position in the advertising world. His strong management experience will add to our growth and expansion.”

Murali Muktapuram has over 14 years of experience in the marketing and media industry. He has worked with Euro RSCG as well as Ogilvy & Mather on leading brands like Reckitt Benckiser, Makemytrip.com, HT Media, Dabur, Electrolux, Godfrey Philips India, etc. He also worked with RadioOne FM 94.3 as the station head in Delhi.
