NDTV founders Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy resign from RRPRH board
NDTV, in a regulatory filing, has announced that Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy have resigned from their post as directors of the RRPRH (Registered Reflexology Practitioner Holding) board, a promoter entity of the channel. 
 
The channel has also appointed Sudipta Bhattacharya, Sanjay Pugalia, and Senthil Sinniah Chengalvarayan, as directors of RRPRH, effective immediately. 
 
 
According to reports, NDTV's promoter entity had transfered 29.8% of shares to Adani's VCPL. The Adani group is running an open offer until 5 December to give NDTV's minority investors a chance to buy as much as 16.76 million shares or 26% of equity. 
 
More than a decade ago, NDTV founders Radhika and Prannoy Roy took an INR 4 billion ($49.00 million) loan from a company that Adani acquired in August.
