Maddys 2016: Happy Creative Services and Chirpy Elephant bag 'Agency of the Year' title
Happy Creative Services and Chirpy Elephant bagged the 'Agency of the Year' title at the 2016 edition of Maddys, organised by The Advertising Club Madras. The event was hosted in Chennai on 1 April.
 
Happy Creative Services' wins included three Gold awards. The wins came for 'Ola Boat' in the the activation category, 'Blu Flame Top of its class' for Preethi in the TV Tamil category and 'Steel Supreme - Not just beautiful' for Preethi in the TV Product category.
 
Chirphy Elephant bagged a Gold, three Silver and one Bronze awards. The Gold win was for NAC Jewellers' 'Antique Educative Brochure' in the Brochures category. 
 
Saatchi & Saatchi bagged two Gold metals. One was for for Siemens' 'Recruitment Microsite' in the Website Landing Pages category, while the other was for 'SilentVUE Mute Ad' in the Print Product category. 
 
Other agencies to win a Gold on the night were Be Positive 24 Comm, Blackbox, Carat Media, Digitally Inspired Media, Little Works, OPN Advertising, Nirvana Films, Stark Communications, Still Water Films and WATConsult.
