Adani Realty, the real estate arm of the Adani Group, has appointed Harinder Dhillon as head – sales & marketing for Delhi-NCR, where he will oversee the company’s sales and marketing strategy across Gurugram and Noida.
In his new role, Dhillon will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening market positioning, enhancing customer engagement and leading go-to-market execution for Adani Realty’s expanding portfolio in one of India’s most competitive real estate markets. The appointment aligns with the company’s focus on scaling its presence in the Delhi-NCR region through structured sales leadership and customer-centric marketing initiatives.
Dhillon brings more than 28 years of experience across real estate, banking and customer-focused businesses. His expertise spans sales leadership, revenue generation, channel management, customer acquisition and strategic business development, making him a seasoned operator in large-scale residential and commercial property markets.
Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles with organisations including DLF, BPTP, ATS Infrastructure, Damac Properties, Raheja Developers and ICICI Bank. In these roles, he has led high-performing sales teams, contributed to the launch of residential, commercial and retail developments, and supported integrated township projects across multiple geographies.
His appointment comes as real estate developers in India continue to focus on strengthening sales and marketing capabilities amid sustained demand in key urban markets. Delhi-NCR, in particular, remains a critical region for residential and commercial development, supported by infrastructure expansion, evolving buyer preferences and growing end-user demand.
