Ogilvy Landscapes wins new business

Campaign India Team, 05 February, 2010

Mumbai

After a multi-agency pitch, Ogilvy Landscapes has bagged the out-of-home AoR for Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Company, for the second time. The agency had earlier won the OOH duties for the brand in 2008.

Commented Rajesh Badani, country head, Ogilvy Landscapes, "As OOH was the primary media for the launch, the challenge was to work on a OOH strategy to induce the bank customers to the branches of these three banks, where they could get to purchase the insurance products, as these products were being sold only through bank branches of these three banks."

Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Company is a joint venture with Canara Bank that holds 51% equity, HSBC Insurance (Asia Pacific) Holdings with 26% and Oriental Bank of Commerce with 23%. It started its operations in 2008.
