Future Brands ropes in Alpana Parida as president of DMA

Campaign India team, 08 December, 2009

Mumbai

Future Brands has appointed Alpana Parida as the president of DMA, a strategic branding and design firm it acquired last year.

Parida's last assignment was with Tanishq as head - marketing and merchandising.

At DMA, Alpana’s long term responsibility would be to fuel growth and create scale for the business. A management graduate from IIM Ahmedabad, she has previously worked with Rediffusion Y&R, Titan among others.

Commenting on her appointment, Parida said, "After years of negotiating with agencies that often told ‘stories’ and forgot the product, I am excited to be part of an agency that ‘gets’ the clients’ issues and becomes a solution for specific business and marketing problems."
