InMobi appoints Monisha Tambay to handle talent

Mobile advertising network InMobi has appointed Monisha Tambay as vice president of global people operations. She will be based out of Bangalore.

This is a newly created role at InMobi designed to develop a strategic approach to talent management. The people operations team will focus on fostering new talent at the company, and provide continued support and development for InMobi’s employees.

Tambay’s previous experience includes senior roles at Hewitt Associates, StorageTek, Genpact and Subex Limited. She was recently awarded 'The Women Super Achiever Award' at the Asia Pacific HRM Congress Awards in September 2011 and 'The Women at Work Leadership Award' at the Rasbic Awards during the World HRD Congress in February 2012, for her work as global head and vice president, human resources, at Subex.
