Euro RSCG India has launched a production outsourcing unit called Euro 24X7. At its core, 24X7 will be an outsourcing arm for dealing with projects that require quick turnaround time but will also offer some below the line capabilities.
Confirming the move to Campaign India, Suman Srivastava, CEO, Euro RSCG India said, “Clients usually have multi- branch dealers and it is difficult to maintain a consistent quality of brand communication at the dealer level, nobody has any control over what is happening. In a situation where this was central, the turn-around time was high. We needed a system where there is some degree of control over the consistency of the brand across the country, while ensuring quick turn-around time. 24X7 is a marketing operations management system where we have tied up with Assetlink. It has an asset library that makes it easy to get people across the country to post their requirements and get the required artwork finished.”

The focus here, according to Srivastava, is on quick turnaround time, templatised creative work and not so much on creativity, which is the domain of the main agency. He added, “The work has begun for Indian clients but there are conversations happening at the moment for offering this service to our agencies abroad. This will simplify the process of the client-agency relationship.”

The unit will be headed by Rajan Patel, Director West, Euro RSCG, who has been with the agency for the last 12 years. Telecom, retail and financial services are some of the key category of clients that Srivastava feels will benefit from such an offering. 24X7 has already been tested for one of their key clients, though Srivastava says it’s too early to reveal names.
