Amway's Nutrilite keeps Farhan going, invites India to 'Khul ke khel'

Watch the ad film conceptualised by Rediffusion Y&R here

Nutrilite, a brand of vitamin and dietary supplements from Amway, has a TVC on air conceptualised by Rediffusion Y&R.

Set to a 'Khul ke khel' (open up and play) sound track, it features Bollywood actor-director Farhan Akhtar. It opens with him putting his alarm off at 6 am. He has a drink from a Nutrilite bottle, before heading out for a run. He's greeted by a dog who looks to chase him, but Akhtar outruns it. In his office building, Akhtar gets close to an elevator with a man and woman in it. The man shuts the door before Akhtar can get in, as the lady looks on. Akhtar runs up the stairs to get in on the second floor, leaving the man surprised and the woman impressed. Akhtar takes a Nutrilite capsule tablet, which seems to keep him going through the day. As the clock ticks and the scene shifts to the night, and the rest are seen eating a pizza, Akhtar, with an apple in hand, takes another Nutrilite pill instead. The film ends with Akhtar walking back home. He's spotted by the same dog that gave chase in the morning. But this time, the dog acknowledges defeat and decides against another chase.

The film went live on Amway's YouTube channel on 1 February 2016.
