Cheil India has conceptualised the launch commercial of Samsung's Galaxy Grand 2.
The film shows how an older brother helps his sibling complete his school project. It opens with the younger brother shown doing his homework. Looking at him, his older brother tells him that he'll help him with his homework the next day. The next shot shows the duo by the countryside on a motorbike with the super reading, Saturday. Using the Grand 2, the younger brother is shown clicking pictures and shooting videos of horses. Other features of the phone like multi-window, HD screen and Club Samsung are then shown before the film cuts to Monday, where the younger brother is shown presenting his project in school. He gets the applause of his fellow school mates. The film ends with him sending a 'Thank you' message to his older brother using the Grand 2.
Kundan Joshee, senior vice president, Cheil Worldwide SW Asia, said, “In a device-centric category of 'feature clutter' the task was to package the product attributes in an everyday, relevant yet emotional context. Galaxy Grand 2  being a Smartphone for the youth seeking new experiences - enables their everyday discoveries in a manner that is different - and grand.”
Nima DT Namchu, creative head and executive creative director, Cheil Worldwide SW Asia, added, Asia on the campaign for Samsung GALAXY Grand 2,  “With a simple idea and an entertaining and memorable execution, we have been able to demonstrate how, with the right technology, we can add more zing to our everyday lives.”
The TVC went on air on 29 January 2014.
