Babajob.com appoints Rishi Dogra as CMO
Babajob.com, a Bengaluru-based job portal , has appointed Rishi Dogra as its first CMO. Prior to this Dogra was digital head at PepsiCo.

The portal seeks to connect job seekers with blue and white-collar jobs across cities.

Bharani Setlur, chief business officer, Babajob, said, “Rishi has the proven ability to take strategic decisions, ensure disciplined execution and deliver results. His previous role in a large, multi-national corporation and prior experience in similar capacities, makes him an ideal choice for this role. We believe that his passion and business acumen will ensure that we continue to deliver innovations that will positively impact the lives of many. On behalf of all of us at Babajob, I would like to welcome him to the team."

Dogra said, "I'm extremely excited to be joining Babajob. I believe we are solving one of the most fundamental problems for India – that of unemployment – in a unique way that has no parallel globally. As a marketer, I am really looking forward to this very unique challenge of talking to the top and bottom of the pyramid simultaneously and hacking the marketing architecture as we know it to make it happen."

Besides acting stints at UTV and Balaji Telefilms, Dogra has worked with X-Factor Media Consulting Group. He joined PepsiCo in 2010.
