Rediffusion Y&R has appointed Pramod Sharma as executive creative director. He joins the agency from Soho Square.
This is his second stint at the group. He had been at Everest Brand Solutions in the position of senior creative director from November 2009 to November 2014. Sharma will report to Rahul Jauhari, CCO, Rediffusion Y&R, and will head the Tata Motors and Heinz accounts.
Dhunji S Wadia, group president, Rediffusion Y&R, said, “We welcome Pramod's return to our agency. He understands our clients, brands and our work style. We appreciate his work ethic and calibre. And everyone can expect sparkling creative work.”
Jauhari added, “It’s great to have Pramod back in the team. His passion for creativity is very well balanced with his understanding of business issues. Pramod comes as a shot in the arm for the creative team in Rediffusion Y&R Mumbai.”
Sharma said, “I had a great stint working with Rahul and Dhunji in Everest. And given the change that is underway in Rediffusion Y&R, the opportunity was one I didn’t want to miss. Rahul has been like a mentor to me and this feels like coming home for a second innings.”
Sharma has also worked at Ogilvy & Mather, Dentsu, Percept-Hakuhodo, and DDB Mudra.
