Minority has bagged the creative duties of online apparel brand Vox Pop Clothing following a multi-agency pitch. Prior to this Scarecrow Communications handled the business.
Siddharth Taparia, CEO and founder, Vox Pop Clothing, said, “We are really excited to be partnering with Minority who we believe is an extension to our marketing team. As we start thinking and executing on building our brand in India, Minority and the team will be tremendously valuable."
Suraj Pombra, managing partner, Minority, said, “Vox Pop is an exciting brand in a dynamic category. For us, it's an opportunity to partner an entrepreneurial client who, like us, believe in chasing audacious goals and tapping ideas that contribute to creating disproportionate business impact. We're relishing this challenge and look forward to making the big numbers look as easy as apple pie."
Rohit Malkani, chief creative officer, added, “This has been a hugely satisfying win for us. From the lucid client brief to a great pitch presentation, we've enjoyed the journey. Going forward, what makes us really drool is not just partnering to build a great brand, but actually creating and stoking popular cultures every day."
Vox Pop partners with international brands like Disney, Marvel, DC and Warner Bros. to sell apparel like T-shirts, polos, hoodies and boxers online under license from them.
