Weekend Fun: The ICC World T20 reaches its climax

India vv SA semi-final today; winner takes on Sri Lanka on Sunday

Weekend Fun: The ICC World T20 reaches its climax
It's crunch time at the ICC World T20 this weekend as the remaining semi-final and the final take place.

Later today, at 6.30 pm, India takes on South Africa. The winner will face Sri Lanka in the final.

Though there's a chance of a washout, Indian fans shouldn’t let that dampen their spirits. Because India would progress to the final because of a better showing in the group stages. If the match does take place, tune into Star Sports 1, HD 1 or Star Sports 3.

The final will take place at the same time on Sunday, and can be watched on the same channels.

Other than cricket, there's also football and F1 to look forward to.

The Barclays Premier League is also in its final stages. The big game this weekend sees fifth placed Everton taking on fourth placed Arsenal on Sunday at 6.00 pm. Other games on the weekend include Manchester City hosting Southampton (at 5.15 pm on Saturday), Manchester United travelling to Newcastle (at 7.30 pm on Saturday), Chelsea playing Stoke City (at 10.00 pm on Saturday) and table toppers Liverpool visiting West Ham (at 8.30 pm on Sunday). The games are on Star Sports 2, 4 and Star Sports HD2.

Formula 1 moves to Bahrain this weekend. Catch qualifying from the first night race of the season at 8.20 pm on Saturday, followed by the race at 8.30 pm on Sunday, live on Star Sports 4.
