MSLGroup ropes in Amit Misra to head public affairs practice

MSLGroup has announced the appointment of Amit Misra as executive vice president and director - public affairs. He will head Delhi operations for MSLGroup and lead the public affairs practice nationally.

In another appointment, the agency has roped in Rekha Rao from Weber Shandwick as general manager of 20:20 MSL in Mumbai. Rao will report to Ian Sequeira, SVP, 20:20 MSL.

Misra has over18 years of experience. Before joining MSLGroup, he was managing director of Zeno Group, an Edelman Group Company.

Rao moves from Weber Shandwick. She has 12 years of experience and has worked at Leo Burnett, Lowe and Triton in past assignments.
